1. Go to https://www.qyral.com/account/login and log in to your account.
2. Hover over "Contact Doctor" in the top banner and select the type of medical provider you want to message (e.g., Skincare).
3. You will be redirected to our secure messaging platform where you can type your message and send it directly to your provider.
4. If you are uploading images or other files, click on the paperclip icon, select your image or file, and press send.

If you have multiple doctors, please select the type of medical provider that pertains to your specific question or update.
