1. Go to https://www.qyral.com/account/login and log in to your account
2. Click on "Update Quiz" to access your skin assessment
3. Review and make changes to your assessment as needed
4. Click "Submit" to save your changes

Note that you do not need to retake the quiz for every order unless there have been changes such as your location, lifestyle, or skincare needs.

If you would like to update your assessment for prescription skincare, hair loss, or weight loss, please note that any updates or changes must go directly through your doctor. To access and send messages to your doctor, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your shop account on our website.
2. Hover over "Contact Doctor" in the top banner and select the type of medical provider you want to message (e.g., Skincare).
3. You will be redirected to our secure messaging platform where you can type your message and send it directly to your provider.
