Our telehealth service operates similarly to a traditional clinic, where payment covers the time and attention provided by our healthcare providers during your appointment. It's important to understand that payment does not guarantee the provision of a prescription medication.
If, for any reason, the provider determines that you are not eligible to purchase the medication, you will receive a refund, with a deduction of $90 for the consultation that took place.
