Tirzepatide:
In a double-blind, randomized, controlled trial, individuals who received a prescription medication containing regular tirzepatide at a dose of 15mg/week, along with following a reduced-calorie diet and increasing physical activity, experienced an average weight loss of 26.6% over the course of 72 weeks.
