How do I store compounded medication containing semaglutide?

Modified on Mon, 20 Nov, 2023 at 2:12 PM

Compounded medications containing semaglutide require refrigeration. When you receive your medication, please refrigerate it promptly. A study conducted by one of our pharmacy partners states that your vial is safe for a period of 3 days at a temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit. It is also safe for a period of 1 week at room temperature. However, we strongly advise refrigerating the vial as soon as you have the opportunity.
