Can I pause my subscription?

Skincare and Hair Loss:
By default, our shipments are scheduled every 6 weeks. However, if you require a longer interval between shipments or want to delay your ship date, log into your account and select "Subscriptions" from the top banner to manage your subscription preferences. You have the flexibility to reschedule, change the frequency, cancel or update your payment method of your subscriptions according to your needs.

Weight Management:
Typically, modifications to your Weight Management Subscription are unavailable due to an active payment plan. Once you have successfully completed the full 3-month subscription, we provide you with the flexibility to make changes to your weight management subscription according to your evolving needs. Simply reach out to our dedicated customer care team at care@qyral.com, and they will assist you in adjusting your subscription.
