You may submit to your HSA/FSA for reimbursement of payments to Qyral. Please contact your HSA/FSA plan administrator for verification of eligibility. Qyral will provide a receipt of purchase if required, and that is generally enough for most plan administrators. If your plan requires additional information, including a signed letter or pre-authorization form from a provider, you must acquire that information from your primary doctor outside of Qyral.
